Divorce shook my foundation, leaving me questioning who I was outside of my roles as a wife and mother. The stress of juggling everything alone took a toll—not just mentally, but physically. My hormones were a mess, my energy levels crashed, and weight gain became yet another battle.
I felt like I had lost myself.
But through my own healing journey, I found something powerful: holistic health. I learned that true well-being isn’t just about food and exercise—it’s about hormonal balance, mental clarity, emotional resilience, and rediscovering who you are beyond your struggles.
